Mindgame Entertainment Logo Design
As with any design undertaking, we approached this logo project very literally. When we heard the word "Mindgame", what symbols or images came to our minds? The fun begins (as always) when you start getting ideas and just letting the pencil doodle and sketch away. Because of Jean's affinity with the infinity symbol, the final design resulted with a film reel applied onto this powerful shape. Contrary to most vector logo designs, the final logo had a slight 3D effect to it (using the 3D tool in Illustrator) to clearly show the effect of the film's loops and intersection and by adding a bevel to the film stroke. To show consistency, a bevel was added to the type for the look of stability but just enough so as not to make it overwhelmingly harsh.
